Independent Renovations LLC (IR) is a general contracting company located in northwest Denver.
Owner, Mark Morgan, has over 14 combined years experience in construction, engineering, property
management, and project management, including working alongside Long Island’s premier East End
custom home builder, James V. Zizzi. Mark personally oversees all IR projects.
IR purchases, improves, and resells homes. IR does not “flip” houses, IR renovates homes. The
difference is IR’s renovations are thorough, detail oriented, and conscientious. Beyond the exceptional
aesthetics of an IR home, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, structural elements, and functional
elements are inspected and updated appropriately to meet not only building codes but IR’s strict
standards.

Although some of IR’s exotic building materials come from places such as Turkey or Italy, IR is dedicated
to purchasing products made in the United States. IR’s laborers, carpenters, and subcontractors are
legal, local, and licensed.
Renovate Green
Approximately 95% of the metal removed during demolition is recycled locally. All reusable items and
materials removed during demolition are donated locally. Landscape materials are donated or delivered
to the recycling yard. Leftover building materials are sold, donated, or stored for later use.
